I just purchased my second trailer from Bluewater. First was an enclosed Legend and now a 16ft Enbeck landscape trailer. For this purchase I was dealing with Shaun ( salesperson I dealt with for the Legend is no longer there). He was attentive and replied to all my emails (and there were many) very quickly. When there was a mix up that was no one's fault, he rectified the issue immediately. Shanon was very easy to get along with and extremely helpful! Quick responses to every question I had. Although she ordered me the wrong size! (Jokeing, I told her that when I went to pick up and she almost fell down 🤣)
