Absolute waste of my time. The sleep study itself, with the antiquated wires was bad enough. The follow up, 7 months later... I asked why it took so long, "we are understaffed, and very busy" The dr. informs me how bad I am and need to purchase. a machine, today, from his friend in the next room. I insisted on a printed Prescription. After much push back, I was given , what they called a script. When it became very clear that I was not purchasing from him, I was shown the door. Not impressed.
Extremely rude phone attendant gave me an attitude when I said I was in the midst of a meeting, would not call me back and explicitly refused to give her name.
I was there last night, it’s a brand new clinic… it’s not the old clinic any longer.. very clean and comfortable and staff is great. It’s a great alternative to London clinic as I would have had to wait almost a year to get in London.
Unprofessional, disorganized, rude, and they will do everything they can to turn you away. My father is very sick due to a variety of reasons. One of those things is sleep deprivation. This clinic tried calling him TWICE but he missed the calls (unable to reach phone in time due to health issues) He tried calling them back multiple times over a period of days but they wouldn't answer.
