Very good service
They never answer any emails timely , and turn everything into "your" issue. Micki Craig should not be handling the emails. Her email at the bottom request google reviews but it blows my mind because how bad her customer service is.
We purchased a hot tub from Bluewater a couple of months ago. After a few frustrating weeks, the Bluewater staff provided all the support required to have us enjoying our beautiful tub. A Big Thank You to Laura for a great sale experience and all your assistance along the way. It is refreshing to deal with a company that will back up their product once they have your money. I would highly recommend Bluewater!
A huge thank you to Laura for helping us select our new hot tub. Bluewater was our first stop from our list of five places to go look at. We didn't have to go anywhere else! So happy with the entire process, and thank you to the awesome delivery crew! Highly recommend!
We bought a pool in 2022. There was a slice in the liner. We were told they would repair it immediately and replace it for the next season. It's 2024 and not a peep from bluewater windsor. I guess we spent 12 grand for crap. Very disappointing. I highly recommend Chatham bluewater as an alternative
