Margaret and her in-store and install teams @BluewaterPools are fantastic, from the early stages of backyard planning to the finishing touches. We had an in-ground pool installed with additional concrete for a sun deck, dining area and gazebo, and the entire experience was amazing and stress free. Her third party contractors are also professional and easy to work with. Highly recommended and thank you for making our backyard dreams come true!!
I will never recommend this company to anyone. I purchased an in-ground, they screwed up on thr instal, they half passed fixed it, when they opened the pool this year, wasnt done right, then was getting air in pump when in idle, was calling and trying to get someone to come out look and fix but got ghosted, no one was calling back for awhile. Finally they fixed thst issue but the half passed one isn't. Too bad tho because we are looking at hot tubs, im going with Watermark pools, their ser
From the delivery of my hot tub to the water tests , blue water has been courteous, professional and friendly. They are knowledgeable and always give me tips on how to keep my spa in good condition. Great job!
The Bluewater team installed our pool more than 10 years ago! Ever since Mike, team and store staff have been great, knowledgeable and supportive professionals that help us in answering questions regarding maintaining the water quality and getting the appropriate materials and various accessories at very competitive market prices!
