Went in store second week of May to book my above ground liner installation. I was told Mike would call me and it’s been almost 2 months without a phone call. I also send him 2 unanswered emails. I was ready to book and put a deposit down that day, which I’m glad I didn’t. They mentioned a $100 special order charge to order a non in stock liner. Brought my water in to get tested and was told to drain the pool because the stabilizer was too high.... I just filled it 2/3 after opening a week prior so I knew it was impossible. I went to a different pool company in the area, got my water tested and was told it was perfect. The reason for cloudiness was because of high concentration of algaecide and it would dissipate over the next few days. In short, don't trust this company. They have young kids working the store and have a water testing machine that spits out numbers ... read more
