We own a vacation home in Emerald Isle, NC and we hired Bluewater Pools to install a pool. We LOVE the way the pool and the yard turned out, it is all we had envisioned and then some! There were many moving parts - land needed to be cleared, the septic tank needed to be replaced and moved, retaining walls needed to be built, water lines needed to be moved and much landscaping had to be done. Made an appointment for someone to repair my hot tub. They couldn’t give me a time, the receptionist just told me that they would come by sometime in the afternoon. 4 o’clock rolls around on the day of the appointment and because I know they close at 5, I decided to give them a call. The receptionist let me know that Bobby (I think) just came in and apologized that he got stuck at a job. I asked if anyone was going to give me a call and she replied “yeah, he said he should have called you but he just didn’t.”
