Kevin, Zach & the crew from Bluewater Pools were above & beyond what I ever expected. After the last time of resurfacing my pool & it dragged out for months I didn't have much hope having to have it done again so soon would be any different but I was wrong. After the slew of estimates for pool resurfacing, our minds were made up the minute we met Kevin from Bluewater pools. Kevin came in with an outgoing, positive personality, and a wealth of knowledge. Kevin and his team did an amazing job! Very nice and professional. We had to have our pool resurfaced and it looks beautiful. Didn't try to sell us new tiles like other pool companies tried to, said ours were fine. I highly recommend this company.
I bought my house in 2003 and had trouble with pool, coping and tiles cracking, structural issues. Had pool remodeled and same thing happened again, of course pool company not around anymore. I received quote from at least 6 other companies, they all wanted to replace deck, change coping to travertine blocks, not one of them diagnosed what the problem was, and they all wanted a lot of money to do it.
