Big shout out to Bryan and Carlos at Bluewater Plumbing… My elderly father lost his balance and fell against the toilet cracking the the tank at 230am today. I called Bryan early in the morning. He had Carlos pick up the tank and come by and fix it. Like many, money is a little tight these days and the entire repair with labor was under $300. Honestly, these gentlemen were my angels and what started out as a very messy stressful day was made so much better because of them

I went with this company due to the high reviews here on Google, and I’m definitely disappointed. My bib hose broke off outside so I had to turn the water off to the house around noon Friday. They said someone would come out between 5-8 pm. Did not show until 9 pm. Worked on this until 2am. Still not fixed and pinhole leaks in his solder. Came back at 7 am, and it is almost 4 pm the next day and it’s still leaking. My husband is now trying to put a band aid of flex tape on it so we can at least shower and flush toilets.
