We've had Richard a few times for service and he is outstanding. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Couldn't be happier with his work. Highly recommend Bluewater Plumbing and Richard specifically.
We called B.P for a blockage in our septic pipe which caused a backup of sewage overflowing in our bathroom and basement. They told us they would come out sometime that day with no approximate time. They sent 2 guys to tell us that our tank was full and needed to be pumped out. They charged us an hr and a half labour each. So we had the tank pumped the next morning and it did not fix the issue. We were quite disappointed at the workmanship that Bluewater plumbing has left us with after having them out to do the plumbing rough in for a new bathroom in our basement. With flooding of black water, The pipes not being properly put through our walls, and the toilet not facing the direction we initially agreed upon... We are left quite disappointed in a company we thought did good work.
One star for answering the telephone, very poor customer service. I would not recommend this company.
Wayne and the Team are the Best. They helped quickly and gave excellent service to repair my plumbing when it was frozen. Highly recommend Bluewater Plumbing
