The team work really well together and they communicate with eachother and the patient constantly. The atmosphere is casual but competent.
If you want to be able to see, don’t go here! I went in February and was given a prescription that truly just FELT wrong!!! It was blurry still and the whole appointment was uncomfortable. I filed a complaint and was told I could either go to London to get a new prescription or take a discount off a pair of glasses which is honestly not fair. I shouldn’t have to leave a doctors office and worry about travelling one hour away and taking time off work to make that happen when it should have been done right in the first place. ... read more
