don't get involved with this company if you want to avoid dealing with poor workmanship and poor management. 11 months to do touch up work that would cost 300$ at most if I hired my painter to do it. since the work is under warranty under GL homes they use blue water that probably spent over 1000$ in labor to repeatedly send different workers to do the job but leave when 1/2 finished and the work they do looks like a 5 year old painting a coloring book.
