We met Shawn at the Jacksonville boat show a year ago and we were impressed with his knowledge of many types of boats. I’m a little late in this review but wanted to make sure you guys and girls at Bluewater know that I had a great service experience with my boat there. I’ve been around this town looking for someplace to call my boat home for maintenance and head and shoulders, Bluewater is it! The staff is friendly and communicates well. Shawn and the bluewater team absolutely blew us away with the entire boat buying experience. Professional, communicative, and very easy to work with! They met all of our needs plus some! I highly recommend Bluewater marine!
This was originally a lower review, but after my concerns were voiced the ownership of the dealer reached out and corrected all issues I changed it to a 5 star review! As a business owner myself I can appreciate that not everything goes right daily, but I can also appreciate when the ownership gets involved to help fix the issue and resolve the issue. Would highly recommend Bluewater especially with the ownership caring about their customers.
