Blue Water Marine returned my boat from service with Water damage! Said they would keep it covered and everything was floating under seats and in center tune and glove box! All personal property lost... They will have to do mold remediation! Still havent heard from Ryan! I sent it back...for them to correct the situation. That is unacceptable business practice and disrespect for others personal property. Heads Up people! Buyer be aware of what your getting into over there... Not Good! Eric Holiday at Blue water marine is the man!!! On top of everything, easy to talk, and just an overall good person. Purchased our new boat from him and the staff there. I cant say enough good about them. Will be back when I ready for the next toy. Thanks for making my dream a reality
Had an amazing experience with Blue Water Marine, especially Shawn! They were pleasant and honest from start to finish, helping Sheila and I to purchase our dream boat. They met or exceeded expectations on every turn without the pressure one would usually expect from a salesman. I don’t plan to buy another boat anytime soon, but if I do, Blue Water Marine will be my first stop.
We met Shawn at the Jacksonville boat show a year ago and we were impressed with his knowledge of many types of boats.
