Lovely ultrasound attendant, I think she may be overqualified. Her manner was quite friendly, and professional. It can be quite nerve wracking, and she was so reassuring and calming.
How do you give someone the wrong information? Have people book time off work ? Say the system went down and say there is no appointment when the patient has the paperwork in hand no apology and then cost that person more financial loss due to having to take time off work for another appointment Did I mention no apology How do you sit on your high horse and treat the rest of the world like they don’t matter? Eul is amazing! I have had recurrent pregnancy loss and he talked me through the entire scan and put my mind at ease. It is so important to have a tech that is compassionate in such a sensitive field.
Would not recommend Bluewater Imaging. It has taken me time to write this review- however, in September I came here to get a second dating ultrasound. The tech was really nice, but did not find a sac. This turned out to be untrue, as when I got the results from my doctor the following day advising me Bluewater found no sac, I was greatful I had an appointment with the hospital that morning as not even 24 hours after my tech didn't find a sac at Bluewater, the hospital did. For a fast paced environment techs are friendly and front desk personnel are on there game. Very good service.
