I had a terrible experience with Blue Water Imaging, specifically the Lawrence location. I called on June 2 to book an appointment for June 12 at 8:40 AM, and I specifically requested a female technician. Not only was the staff rude and dismissive on the phone, but when I arrived, I was told my appointment was booked for 12 PM and no female technician was available. Had my 8 week scan with Shazia and I cannot say enough about how wonderful she is. She was so calm, explained everything so politely and was very positive about everything. Even she let my husband come in once she believed everything was fine. The lady at the reception was very helpful too. Loved coming here and will continue coming. Thank you.
I have the best experiences with the technician Shaziya when coming in for ultrasounds. She is very professional and friendly too!!
Today's appointment was my first time at Bluewater. Overall it was a great experience; Shazia ( I hope I'm remembering her name correctly), the ultrasound technician, was very pleasant to work with - I love that she was warm and personable and made the entire experience a comfortable one for me.
