Today went to Bluewater Imaging at Eglinton Avenue location. The welcome I received was wonderful considering the pain I was feeling. I had both an x-ray and ultrasound. The person who did my ultrasound was very kind and due to my pain assisted me wonderfully. She was gentle as she could be. The x-ray person was a pleasant man who directed me for my x-rays and was respectful and kind. The front desk Avelina is very helpful, friendly and easy to approach. I highly recommended this branch and definitely comeback to this location.
15 days later no analysis done on my Xray and Ultrasound. I flipped on an ATV and broke a wrist. 15 days no analysis even after I told them the urgency during the visit. The only reason I went here was because they were open Saturday and I didn't want to wait until Monday. By trying to save 1 day I lost 13 days!! When I called to ask they said "we'll put a note on it to rush" matter of fact like this happens all the time no apology or anything
