Worst experience ever. The technician was extremely rude and unkind. My appointment was scheduled for 8:30 AM, and although I arrived early, she came in late—around 8:40—and seemed rushed from the start. This is my first pregnancy, and instead of being patient or reassuring, kind, she made me feel like an inconvenience. I went in for an ultrasound imaging appointment. The technician was very nice and professional, and I appreciated their care during the procedure. However, I am concerned about the length of time it is taking for the report to be sent to my doctor. It has already been over a week, and when I went in person to follow up, the receptionist told me I would need to wait another week. I felt this was excessive, especially after already waiting.
