If I could give zero stars instead of one, I would. The woman who did my ultrasound was very slick, I couldn't believe what I was hearing, she was so unprofessional, she's old her name I think is Grazyna I don't know remember well but my 32-week ultrasound lasted 4 minutes, she didn't show me my baby saying it was big, it didn't fit in the screen and she was in such a hurry.
Ultrasound tech very unprofessional! I should have read the reviews ahead of time. Seems they aren’t doing anything different after all these negative reviews. Me and my child with autism came in for an abdominal ultrasound. The receptionist told my child to get changed in the change rooms. And to remove everything except undergarments. Mid changing the ultrasound tech told us to come out and get changed in the ultrasound room instead because she has someone else waiting, and that he needs to take his undergarments off. Very kind and patient person who has talked to me Congratulations for the team
On December 5, 2024, at 12 PM, my senior parents were treated very poorly at this facility. My father, who did not have his reading glasses, politely asked the receptionist to read their email address for him so he could send them the requested information. Despite explaining his situation, the receptionist refused and insisted he read it himself, showing no consideration for his needs as a senior. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANYTHING. I came in for an ultrasound and was escorted by the secretary to get prepped. When I was done I was waiting for my partner by the changing room and the other lady told me that she told him to come and he’s on his way. The doctor doing my ultrasound saw me waiting and gave me attitude. When I went in the room I said give me a moment I’m waiting for my partner.
