Tech was great with me. However I would never go here again. I’m having a medical emergency and my ultrasound results have still not been sent to my Dr. It’s been 7 days!!! I called last Friday, they said they will send to my Dr. Today my Dr emailed me saying they still have not received my ultrasound. How hard is it to send digital images quickly?!? Ultrasound results should have been sent the same day, or next day at the very least. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!!!!
I am so happy I went back to Bluewater for my ultrasound. Regina is amazing and the receptionist was so friendly. I have not been here for a few years but I am glad I gave it another try.
The ultrasound place is so good. The receptionist is super nice and I have had the most wonderful and kind technician throughout my first pregnancy. I came to bluewater after having the worst experience at Kente and I am so happy I switched to bluewater because the people here are so much kinder and genuinely care. I appreciate all the extra care my tech at bluewater has given me.
I am very pleased with the consideration and understanding of the staff at this location. I was delayed at an earlier appointment, and arrived very close to closing. I called to advise, and everyone was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. In a sometimes rigid and tightly controlled healthcare environment, I was treated with understanding and kindness. It was much appreciated.
