Had an MRI completed here October 8, 2025 for an issue that's been ongoing for 2.5 years. I followed up for results with my GP Oct 21, 2025 and was told no results yet. I figured I'd call Bluewater Health to ask whether the scan had been read and was told that because of their 'new system', results are only sent to providers whose fax numbers are saved in Bluewater's Registry. Two hours now waiting after triage and not one person that was head of me even got to a bed. How on earth can they be this slow unless it's on purpose. This is insane you guys have like 98% bad reviews you'd think someone in the upperchain management would give a crap enough to look into it and fix things. But they never. Waste of taxpayers money.
