Very helpful staff in the emergency department. The nurses were great. Hats off to you guys for doing so much for your patients. And a big thank you ❤️
I can't even write specifically to one incident. There have been so many screw ups, lack of care, disrespect and no follow through with both hospital locations. I can tell you in 10 years I have only had 2 ok emergency visits. Drive to Strathroy or London, do not go to either of these hospitals. They tout patient satisfaction because I am sure they throw out any complaints.
