I Promise you that this is the best gym with in 100 miles! I’ll make the 20 minute drive from Destin to come here! Staff makes you feel like family. Great environment of like minded people trying to better themselves! Awesome group classes and great equipment to fit every individuals needs! Best gym in our Area 🙌

Very clean and great equipment.
My entire family has membership here but today was the first day we attempted to use the men's locker room. Easily one of the least well maintained gym locker rooms I've ever been in. It was very clear that it had not been cleaned in days. Dried sweat smudges covered the door of every locker, the lockers were full of dirt and/or sand, the entire room wreaked of body odor, and the door literally fell off of the first available locker I attempted to open (see pic).
