Enjoyed my stay at BlueWater condos! The security guard Daniel was the best person!! we could’ve met there for giving directions and recommendations for restaurants and activities.
Views were off the hook and very centralized to a night life and good food. The security guards were great specifically Daniel was an absolute legend and helped us with where all the spots were.
I will never stay here again! Walked into the condo and the master bedroom had semen stains all over the dark blue pillow on the bed. The slipcover dining chairs had stains all over them, as if they had never been washed since they were put on the chairs. The place was not clean, sand all in the bathtub and all on the floor so no one had swept. Paint, chipping, stains, even blood on the back of the bathroom door. Absolutely loved our week's stay in Unit 1205! Spacious, comfy, well-appointed and clean for our family of 5. Vacasa's text customer service was on point and extremely helpful and responsive. Location is so close to all points of interest. We had a blast.
Entire staff has been pleasant to deal with. Although maintenance/construction workers have been in and out, they have all been polite and professional. The grounds are clean, neat and well maintained. Boardwalk to beach is good. Pool is good. Grill area is great. Elevators are quick. (Although... they DO need a fan inside!) Multiple trash shoots on each floor. Security Guards have been aware of 'goings on'. Location is NOT difficult to get in and out of.
