Absolutely loved our week's stay in Unit 1205! Spacious, comfy, well-appointed and clean for our family of 5. Vacasa's text customer service was on point and extremely helpful and responsive. Location is so close to all points of interest. We had a blast.
Entire staff has been pleasant to deal with. Although maintenance/construction workers have been in and out, they have all been polite and professional. The grounds are clean, neat and well maintained. Boardwalk to beach is good. Pool is good. Grill area is great. Elevators are quick. (Although... they DO need a fan inside!) Multiple trash shoots on each floor. Security Guards have been aware of 'goings on'. Location is NOT difficult to get in and out of. Bluewater by Vacasa Unit 106 The grounds, pools and beach access at Bluewater Condominium are beautiful. We have stayed at Bluewater for 20+ years and knew this is where my mother-in-law would want to spend a long weekend with family celebrating her 80th birthday. Upon arriving to Bluewater 106, we were immediately faced with a number of things that management needed to address. Review on blue water 104 Tv was difficult to work Mattress’ are old and uncomfortable The electrical was blinking all the time. Some plugs did not work The garbage disposal was not cleaned. After two days we got it fixed our self. Maintenance finally showed up too late. We had nats for two days. We have stayed at blue water for several years. We love the location, the scenery is the best. It’s very convenient to the beach and pool. The lady that keeps up the cleaning on the outside is wonderful.
