Editing from 1 to 5 stars. I’ve had such good care with Kristen, reviewing my meds and helping me get to the root of my problems. I have been going to this facility for years now, and they have been kind, professional, and diligent in meeting my therapeutic needs. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for reliable and quality psychiatric care.
This place has really gone downhill. No one answers the phone. Will not return calls. I called Monday, Oct 6th. I was a patient of Brian Pullam, sadly, he is no longer working at this establishment. Waiting now 3 weeks. Will not send medical records. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR YOUR FAMILY OR YOURSELF.
I've been dealing with Grace Francis. EXCELLENT. Very knowledgeable, takes time to listen and gives very good advice
** edit: I was a former patient but for privacy reasons I am hiding my identity (they harass you if they know your real name, I have seen it first hand on Facebook) I sadly had a bad experience and after doing a little more research I easily found other that did as well. Seriously, having to go to therapy because of how traumatized you are from previous therapy is a weird experience. Be ready to be bullied.
