Not sure how people give a negative review after just seeking counsel but never going.
I left after my first visit because the provider did not seem genuinely interested or engaged. After about 45 minutes mostly spent filling out questionnaires. I was given a new diagnosis and prescribed medication, which felt rushed to me. During the appointment, one moment that really stood out was when the provider asked if I had ever been in legal trouble or was currently dealing with any legal issues. Editing from 1 to 5 stars. I’ve had such good care with Kristen, reviewing my meds and helping me get to the root of my problems. She’s awesome and always so understanding and empathetic. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I felt so fortunate to find an in person provider to help me. I called and made an appointment, it was more than a month out but help was coming nonetheless. I have been going to this facility for years now, and they have been kind, professional, and diligent in meeting my therapeutic needs. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for reliable and quality psychiatric care.
This place has really gone downhill. No one answers the phone. Will not return calls. I called Monday, Oct 6th. I was a patient of Brian Pullam, sadly, he is no longer working at this establishment. Waiting now 3 weeks. Will not send medical records. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR YOUR FAMILY OR YOURSELF.
