In hindsight, I’ve decided to rescind my previous review. While my experience was personally frustrating, I don’t want that experience to potentially detract from or compromise someone else’s decision to seek behavioral health care. My frustration was primarily administrative: three of my appointments were canceled without my being notified, including after I had already rescheduled twice in person at the office. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had such a positive experience here, and a huge reason why is Shelby!!! Spravato treatments can feel super intimidating, but she makes every appointment comfortable and welcoming. She’s incredibly kind, caring, and easy to talk to. It always feels more like catching up with a friend than going to a medical appointment!!!! She always knows how to make me laugh, and some of our conversations genuinely brighten my day.
