I’ve been at Bluewater for a few years now. Since moving in, Diane has been the constant here and a joy to have around. My primary issue has been a lack of communication with management regarding issues. I have to follow up multiple times to get a response. Unfortunately I have to bump the review from 5 stars to 4 because of this.
Shaevon was a super tour guide, he was very detailed and knowledgeable about the properties he took us through a smooth transition with our tour.
My bathroom towel bar fell off the wall. As well, a piece came off the bottom of our dishwasher. Issac and Alex came to the rescue. Issac fixed both; Alex assisted. They were very accommodating and personable. I really appreciated the way they responded. Job well done!!
This is going to be a long, honest review. I have lived here for almost a year now. I’m going to start by saying it looks nice overall. But management and maintenance turnover is high. I have been without a properly working washing machine for over a month now. My conclusion is that it needs to be replaced since nobody can seem to fix the issue & I’ve put in several requests for help. We have had an open service request since Sunday (going on 6 days) for an ACTIVE water leak under our sink, filling our cabinets and kitchen floor. We have heard absolutely nothing from maintenance or management, even after multiple multiple portal messages, voicemails, and calls to the front desk. We had to take matters into our own hands and turn our water off so stop the leak. Unacceptable and unprofessional. All we’re asking for is some communication and timely response.
