Leasing agents, maintenance, and all the property personnel have been wonderful and responsive and always happy to help. Andres, Von and Louis have been particularly helpful!

My husband and I recently visited the property for a tour, when arriving they were short staff but one of the maintenance men, Andres stepped in to offer us a tour. He brought us to multiple units, while showing us around to all amenities & truly selling the property to us. Great guy!
I’ve been at Bluewater for a few years now. Since moving in, Diane has been the constant here and a joy to have around. My primary issue has been a lack of communication with management regarding issues. I have to follow up multiple times to get a response. Unfortunately I have to bump the review from 5 stars to 4 because of this.
