Ive been coming to BAFH for almost 2 years. I have always been seen within minutes of my appointment time. My doctor is Dr. McClean, who is the best, most caring doctor I've ever had. You go in for a sore leg, but she also checks your BP, and looks you over so she can understand your total health. My wife saw her yesterday for the first time, and was still talking about hiw nice she is the next day. You will definitely be healthier under the care of Dr. McClean. M

I have been a nurse for 46 years. I have never been more impressed by a physician than Dr Josephson. I have found the clinic staff to always be helpful and polite. I’m so grateful we have such great care.

For years I attended Bluewater clinic as an advocate with clients - and time after time, Dr. Josephson was a caring dr who always listened while free of judgement and full of support. At reception, it can take a little time to get through - it's the same wherever you turn these days because there just arent enough of any type of medical staff, yet no matter how busy things are, the same receptionists always give me so much time and attention. Now, as a patient, I find the same respectful kindness in every call. I always hope... read more

Took my 90 yr old dad for and appointment i have to also take my 85 yr old mother because she,has late stage dementia....we were 8 mins late and they refused my dad's appointment..they yelled at me for 5 more minutes tell me their policy is no appointment if you are 5 minutes or more late...but don't have that posted anywhere in the office....so how are you supposed to know..the director took me to her office to "scold" me what an unprofessional person she is....once they knew they had poor excuses and no posted late times..... read more
