Receptionists and Nurse Practioners are great. I dont have a kind work for Dr Josephson. Good Luck getting director of care to call you back.
Overall I find the staff at BAFHT responsive, helpful and professional. I particularly wish to mention my care provider, Dr. Joel Brown. He listens and is attentive, knowledgeable, patient & kind. Excellent with referrals when necessary & timely follow up. I am very thankful for the health care we have in Canada and especially with the team in Zurich. We are fortunate.
Ive been coming to BAFH for almost 2 years. I have always been seen within minutes of my appointment time. My doctor is Dr. McClean, who is the best, most caring doctor I've ever had. You go in for a sore leg, but she also checks your BP, and looks you over so she can understand your total health. My wife saw her yesterday for the first time, and was still talking about hiw nice she is the next day. You will definitely be healthier under the care of Dr. McClean. M
