We went to the location listed but there was no office. I called but nobody answered. Then I got a text saying they were on the other line. I asked my question but never got a response! Called again and nothing...
In June 2025, we prepaid $646.35 for a full-day self-captained pontoon rental. Before our reservation date, we needed to cancel and accepted a one-year voucher instead of a refund, as was Bluewater’s policy. When we attempted to redeem that voucher within its validity period, we were told we would have to pay more than $200 in additional mandatory fees because the company now requires captains and operating costs had increased. I can’t say enough wonderful things about our rental boat experience. For a very reasonable price, we got a captain and 3 hours on a pontoon boat to explore the water around St. Augustine. Rush, our boat captain, was amazing! He showed us all of the main spots to see, as well as stopping at a few bars along the way. Our trip ended with a “play date” with some active dolphins. This is a must do experience! My son and I had the best time ever! JT was an amazing guide who took us to great spots where we got really close to dolphins. This is an amazing tour and we will definitely be back. Thanks again JT!
