Literally the best customer service I have had on the western seaboard. Markus took the time to order our part, deliver to the marina and spent time troubleshooting after the part was not the issue (our fault). His friendly customer service and deep knowledge was above and beyond anything we have experienced with most of the marine service providers between Mexico, California, Washington and now BC Canada. Would not hesitate to place our trust, our boat and our money in Bluewater. Thank you Markus and Team!
Bluewater got us up and running real fast. They knew so much more about our boat and engine than any other tech shop we've been to. Very grateful for their help.
Couldn't possibly give only 5 stars to Kim and Markus. We came across Markus many years ago and were pleased to have his services again this summer. Twice in fact. In early July we had Eric on board to fix our generator. Less than two weeks later our port engine died on us.
