Great service and professional staff
Shockingly poor service and communication. Flakey operation who abandoned me part way through the repair and ran with the deposit. I hired Bluewater to repair my Kohler gen set on two occasions. Signed contracts both times and paid 50% deposit. The first repair lasted less than 2 hrs. The second repair attempt was middle of summer 2022. They were slow make it to the boat (the few times they did) and were clueless on what to do once they arrived. *Update* My general maintenance that was scheduled in March that finally got done in mid June actually ended up making my boat run worse than before it was maintained by them. I lost 1000 rpm from my WOT and the engine idle was rough and inconsistent which when I notified them of they said it sounded great. They then told me they would get their master tech in and after a week and a pushed back visit he said it didn't sound great and that I needed a leak down test even though the compression test they did before the maintena... read more
