I don't usually pay compliments. I am one of those guys who only complains when things are going sideways but rarely feel the need to be positive. This is one of those times when I am motivated to say nothing but good things about this latest experience with a new relationship. I'm talking about Blue Vine. After reaching out to them, they have been fantastic. Not only did Blue Vine personnel -at every level of conversation that I needed- fully make it all understandable by answering all my questions, but Blue Vine also came ... read more

BlueVine is one of the easiest companies to work with. I like the program and look forward to building a long term relationship with them.

Simply put: BlueVine cannot be trusted. Just as many of the other reviews on here state, I had a very poor experience with BlueVine denying draws on credit lines that are established already for arbitrary reasons. I've never had this issue with any other lender. BlueVine seems to care only about driving new signups and not actually allowing existing customers to utilize their credit lines even if they are in great standing. Their focus is on signing up new companies (likely to improve their growth numbers), but once you are ... read more

Business response:

Dear *******, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with our service. A big part of our mission is to help business owners meet their financing needs while making sure that they’re always in a solid and strong position to meet their debt obligations. That’s why we make underwriting decisions based on a client’s finances. Any significant changes in a client’s financial situation, including new or previously undisclosed debt obligations, may lead to a new review of that account. If you would... read more

I do NOT recommend Bluevine. Their dashboard is 100% inaccurate. Our company had been using them for 6 months with no issues and then all of the sudden, with $14k available credit showing on our dashboard, they denied funding. The customer service rep had a script of reasons, but none were valid. I continue to use and recommend Kabbage. In addition to Bluevine's poor dashboard (reflected in management too), Bluevine draws on your account weekly, whereas Kabbage draws once a month. Much easier to manage.

Business response:

Dear Mr. *****, We appreciate the feedback. We reviewed your account multiple times and unfortunately, there were specific issues that led to changes in your status based on policies and regulations that our account managers have explained to you in private. Please call us at ***** ******** with any additional questions or concerns. The BlueVine Team

I submitted an application. However, during the approval process (after application submitted) I was informed about qualifying requirements. Your business revenues need to be at least $180K. If I had known this, I would not have given them any business or personal information. The application process required bank account information and personal information. Believe me, I am going to be monitoring my account for suspicious activity. Before knowing if I was approved or rejected, I called the company. Got an answering service... read more

Business response:

Dear Ms. *******, We appreciate your feedback. We base our underwriting decisions on a borrower’s financial and business information. We also try to help out borrowers who do not qualify by recommending other institutions we know are reliable. However, we make sure to check with the borrower first. Please be assured that we never shared your information with any third party. Also, as you requested, we have removed you from our contact list. We’re sorry to hear that you were not able to reach someone from BlueVine to explain ... read more

HORRIBLE COMPANY! Ridiculous interest rates. Theyll kill your line of credit at anytime. Then youll have to repay your ENTIRE loan before you can draw from it. Even if youve been in good standing with them. Customer service is terrible. Beware. Do NOT take credit from this company.

Business response:

Dear Ms. ****, Thank you for your feedback. However, we sincerely feel that your comments about BlueVine are unfair and are based on inaccurate information. We would like the opportunity to clarify the issues you’ve raised about our service. Please give us a call at (**** ******** or send us an email at *********************. Respectfully, The BlueVine Team

Our organization has been using Invoice factoring over 5 years and recently decided to make a change due to issues that our previous finance company was having with banks/lenders. BlueVine is thus far one of the worst invoice factoring companies in the industry. After submission / completion of paperwork and documents, they proposed credit lines that are doable, but once you sign the offer and its completed they significantly decrease the amounts. Most of the staff that work in Customer Service are nice but have low knowledg... read more

Business response:

Mr. *******, We always welcome feedback from our clients. However, we respectfully disagree with your statements about Bluevine, which we believe are unfair and inaccurate. Based on our records, including detailed emails and other communications between you and our account managers, we feel confident that we worked with you in good faith and provided the best service possible. This includes presenting financial terms and agreements that are clear and transparent. More specifically, you state in your review that we “proposed ... read more
