Beware drivers stay away they load you down 43, 440 lbs. They want the truck drivers to do all the work. While the people in the office just play on their phones. You're lucky if you get 5.2 mi per gallon. So with that terrible fuel mileage you might make a $1.25 a mile.

Used to be great, then after their merger/acquisition something went horribly awry. I'm having to get an attorney and file complaints to whoever will listen in local and state government. Instead of crediting me bottle deposits they charged me. So they did a bottle deposit correction but it was 'positive' number instead of 'negative'. They had over delivered (duplicate deliveries) somehow twice due to some bug in their system. I had 30 5 gallon jugs at my location at one point. Primo Brands is a complete scam. They overcharge, skip deliveries (mine were missed four times), and their customer service is useless. They make promises of refunds but never actually issue them—I had to go through my bank for a chargeback. They are dishonest and unprofessional. Be aware of these scammers! If I could give negative stars, I would.
