I gave this office two chances for my contact lens care, but unfortunately had a disappointing experience both years. Last year, I waited over a month for my contact lenses to arrive. After contacting the office, I learned the order had never been placed and was given several explanations for the delay. My order confirmation only came through after I followed up, which was frustrating. This year, to avoid another ordering issue, I simply requested that my contact lens prescription be emailed to me so I could order the lenses... read more
