No customer service department and shipping department is nonexistent. Ordered 4,000 stressballs back in early July. Had a guaranteed shipdate of July 21st. Come August 5th and nothing has shipped... No communication from them and no emails answered. Customer Support chat confirms that nothing was shipped but can't get ahold of them either. Seems like they just took the money and ran. RUN AWAY from this company and go to one that actually responds back to customers and ships a product.
Excellent art department, responsive customer service, and quality product! I’ve collected hundreds of stress toys at conferences and I’m so happy that the first ones I actually ordered for an event look and feel top quality. Made in U.S.A.
Had a situation with Bluetrack where the shipping didn’t work out as I had hoped but received phone calls from both of the owners who were absolutely focused on making things right, I was very impressed. The care and concern were genuine and they were earnest in solving the issue, trying several different options that, unfortunately, didn’t work out, but their effort was outstanding. Rarely is there a situation where things don’t work out but you come away with a greater respect for how it was handled. This is one of them.
Pilot stress balls are a big hit.
Quick response team & helpful. There were some minor bumps in the manufacturing process, but Sage in customer service was on it and able to provide us with a great solution. We are happy with our products and would use this company again.
