Michael came to our house and took a down payment of $3000 and never called back or has gotten back to us in 3 months, we have filed a police report

Unresponsive, unprofessional, lack of follow through, overpromises and under delivers. Do not sign a contract with this company. A year and a half and two contracts later, work is still not completed. Not sure who is being paid to write the positive reviews, and I love the response from the Blue Terra about us being difficult to communicate with.
