My brother, who has very limited knowledge of computers, had taken his custom built computer to Blue Tech on three occasions. Each time the repair costs ran over $100 dollars per incident. On his fourth trip to Blue Tech, I asked to accompany him and I also asked him not to mention that I have a background in IT and have built computers from the ground up for many years. Fast reliable service! Great staff!
The store had their credit card system down for multiple days and posted that problem but failed to let you know that they wouldnt take checks or when the credit card machine would be working. That meant when you tried to pick up your device, you had no means to pay, unless you left and brought cash back. It's probably because they don't want to pay sales tax. I would caution everyone no to go there. The owner was very unconcerned on how that affected his customers. Very bad experience.
