Used this service. Boat didn't show then another boat was sent late meaning we were unable to go for time we wanted. Leah has been uncontactable since and has yet to process refund or deposit return. The Boat sent to fill in was great but at the time he also wasn't paid by the company as promised. Do not use this company.
We can't express enough gratitude for Lia's incredible help in securing a boat for us at the last minute after an unexpected cancellation from another boat charter. We were in a bit of a bind, but Lia worked tirelessly to make it happen, ensuring that everything was taken care of so we could celebrate our daughter's 21st in style. We booked Casey Lee for my sisters hen party and we had a great time. The staff were amazing and we had an absolute ball. The boat was spacious, clean, had plenty of seating and table room to service food and swimming of the boat was great. Would definitely recommend.
Booking process was smooth and helpful. Hired the Nautica, it will be wise to be more demanding than we were. Told the skipper we were not expecting much from a four hour river cruise and not much is what we got. A 30 minute cruise up to their mooring, tie up for two and a half hours, then a 30 minute cruise back to the pick up point. We could have had a picnic by the river and saved thousands of dollars. Still, we did have a good evening.
