We worked with the organization a year ago to take down a maple for $9k. At that time they left a 3 foot stump. No big deal, the owner said that if we wanted to just cut the 3ft stump down to just call them and they will do that as a curtsey. I called for that stump to be taken out today for clearance in our yard. In stead, Rachel their receptionist just finished yelling at my husband and saying very unprofessional things to him. I had several trees that needed to be cut down. They came out the same day I got the quote. There was not a single leaf left in the yard when they were finished. I highly recommend them for tree work. They are nice, as well! Barb
One over hung the chimney so we couldn't use that and one over hung the far corner of the house by a good 5 feet so I was very worried about lightening storms, high winds and our roof. The trees needed to come down and I contacted Bluestone Trees and they came in and did an amazing job in a single day. One tree had 3 trunks and other 2 trunks. Big jobs and big trees, 7 hours later no trees and nothing left on the lawn other than a few wood chips. Highly recommended. Good quote, excellent work; very satisfied.
