We worked with the organization a year ago to take down a maple for $9k. At that time they left a 3 foot stump. No big deal, the owner said that if we wanted to just cut the 3ft stump down to just call them and they will do that as a curtsey. I called for that stump to be taken out today for clearance in our yard. In stead, Rachel their receptionist just finished yelling at my husband and saying very unprofessional things to him.
