Hello, I have sent messages about my orders - plants that died, and have gotten no response. I have called customer service and no one picks up the phone. What has happened? You used to have great products and service. Very disappointing and hope I will hear soon about replacements as it had been two months. A very long time customer - not sure if I should find a new company.
This order cost me $46.46 . The one plant was missing most of its leaves, the other was crushed. Both were weak and skinny. Just awful. I’m not sending them back because I a.ready paid $14 in shipping which is highway robbery.I bought from them years ago and they were fine,not anymore. They suck
