None of these phone calls reached an operator. Office staff ignores every call I (and I’m sure everyone else) make to them. Exclude the call on Sunday obviously. I walked in today because they refuse to answer phones, and when I confronted office staff she sighs and said “yes I know you have been calling, but we have been very busy today. FNP Brittany Rose is the best! She helped find a specialist for my husband who was diagnosed with CRPS and he was finally able to get some relief. She definitely cares about her patients.
I've been to Thorn, Bluefield and Oakvale. I am so sorry to see Oakvale move to Thorn. I love everyone at Oakvale. I guess I will have to call Aetna for a new provider once the move. Thorn and Bluefield have been horrible and lack patient empathy and care. Those 2 put employees before patients in my years of dealing with Bluestone.
