This review is very late- I had lunch/late lunch at Bluestone in December of 2025 as I was meeting some family members in that area before going to my brother-in-law's wedding. I was coming from work so I had clothes with me that I had to change into. The food was excellent. Taylor was my server and was so kind and helpful, she offered to let me use a room in the restaurant the employees use to get changed so that I didn't have to use the restroom to change into my formal clothes.

Really fun neighborhood bar with good energy. I stopped in on a Friday and it filled up quickly, but the bartenders kept things moving. Drinks are straightforward and affordable. It’s not a craft cocktail place, but that’s not the point. Great for casual drinks with friends.
Lucky is one of those classic East Village bars that just feels easy. I stopped by on a Wednesday evening and grabbed a beer-and-shot combo, which is honestly one of the better deals in the neighborhood. The backyard patio is a huge plus and makes it feel more relaxed than most spots nearby. Bartenders were friendly and fast even when it got busy.
