I brought in a broken necklace for repair and I was blown away with Eric’s skill and creativity (I hope I remembered correctly). He suggested a creative way to fix the necklace and used rings from the original piece to repair it. We made some other design adjustments and because of his talent I believe we were able to make the necklace even better than before.
