Stay away from this organisation. They have sharged reversal fees of $30 for four months for an error that they made. You complete documentation, they never seem to receive or find it. There is no resource locally, everything is offshore. Disgusting customer services; they are always wanting to blame the customer for their error.
Highly recommend Blue Stone finance for refinancing your mortgage even our credit score is not that great they still give us a chance to consolidate our debts.
The managers in the Bluestone Home Loans Collections department and that so-called recovery officer are absolutely horrendous to deal with! He’s rude, unprofessional, and completely clueless. The way he talks — like he just walked straight off the streets of Kings Cross — is embarrassing! He doesn’t even try to sound professional, just yells and carries on like an arrogant, disrespectful individual!
