This has been the worst experience I’ve had with a lender. Their email response time is completely unacceptable—taking more than four days to respond to what were clearly urgent requests. I submitted a new direct debit form over 10 days ago, yet it still hasn’t been processed. Instead, funds were taken from my old account. One of the worst banking experiences we’ve had. My husband applied for a refinance, and it took over three weeks just for the application to be reviewed and approved. We were told refinancing isn’t treated as urgently as other loans, which was disappointing in itself. Now, it has been another week since approval, and we are still waiting to receive the paperwork to sign so the funds can be released.
