I would give negative stars if I could. Not only are they interest rates huge, their customer service is the worst I have experienced. During discharge of mortgage they took a payment from my offset account, closed the account and removed my access. They did not apply the funds to my mortgage account and it is now, and I quote “lost”. I raised the issue on Monday, submitted official complaint on Tuesday and Wednesday I am told no one can help me. I offered simple solutions and they would not escalate or give me my funds. Stay away from this organisation. They have sharged reversal fees of $30 for four months for an error that they made. You complete documentation, they never seem to receive or find it. There is no resource locally, everything is offshore. Disgusting customer services; they are always wanting to blame the customer for their error.
