Melissa at the bluefield office is hands down the best they have. She is wonderful!!!
If I could give them a one zero I would. The level of care has gone down dramatically. Bluestone used to be a decent practice but not anymore.
Always professional, quality care. Facility is very clean and it’s a simple and easy process to be seen for any health concerns or needs.
I tried for weeks to get my paperwork faxed to my oxygen supply company to get my reauthorization so I could get my supplies. No one in this office gives a shit if you can breath or not!!! After weeks of trying to get it done I finally drove up there and had them print it out and I took it to the supply company myself. I strongly suggest you don't use this office for your healthcare needs because they sure don't know how to put the care in healthcare!!!!
