For anyone that cares, "Vape Pen sale on cliff". Charged a bunch of people 75.56$. Then refused to return the money, but they had charged my old expired debt card that was in the system, did not give consent for the sale. which let my account negative -75.56$ then was hit with two overdraft fees. Seems like they never want to answer the phone anymore, just endlessly on hold.
The bank was the best bank before it sold out to Blue Stone. Now banking is commonly inconvenient at best.
