Very disappointed to say the least. Worst customer I've witnessed in a long time. In a era where we should be all about putting the customer first, they failed time and time again. Closed my account after they failed to resolve an issue not caused by me. I was Welcomed with open arms by Black Hills Federal Credit Union. They had my issued resolved within 30 minutes.
