Madison was our couples therapist. At first she seemed very nice. Until we got into a little argument which is NORMAL in couples counseling. This was our FIRST session. Our session was cut short which was incredible unfair. Then she proceeded to email me and say she couldn’t help us at all. This was my spouses first therapy session ever so now he is VERY discouraged on trying therapy again because of this. This in return makes us feel helpless. Which is EXTREMELY unprofessional.
