Phyllis and her team did a whole house remodel of an old house for us. They opened up the main which involved structural changes and we are so glad we listened to her recommendations. Her insight and creativity delivered a superior result that we would never have had just hired a general contractor without any design expertise. We renovated our kitchen and two bathrooms and new flooring in the common areas. Phyllis and her team were create and fairly priced. We loved the design build process. We had a budget and they stuck to it. Having a team that designs and and builds their own product ensured that we would be in budget from start to finish.
