The worst!!!!! I would give this place negative stars if I could. There are multiple countless, problems at Bluestone. It's advertised as being beautiful and new, but truly it's abysmal: terribly managed by a revolving door of lackluster and often incompetent staff, ongoing frustrating parking issues, dog excrement in the inner hallways, countless residents break the smoking rules and it fills the hallways and your suite through windows and air vents, walls are so thin I could hear children running around 2 floors above me!!... read more
It's been 4 months since we moved out and we still have not received back our pet deposit or anything. There was nothing wrong with the unit during sign out. We have emailed and called ao many times now. Managers rotate constantly so we don't know who is in charge anymore. We never had heat the entire winter, it was freezing. My child still has a lingering cough because it was so cold the entire winter. Nice, high quality from the outside but Horrible, cheap on the inside. Walls are so thin you can hear your neighbours neighbour vacuum or music sometimes. Apartments are a good size but it is not with $2,300 a month. They also charge you a fee if you pay your rent ONLINE, which should definitely be a cheaper and, more efficient than just giving the office your rent cheque for them to just lose it and say you didn’t pay your rent. Edit Oct 25 Well over 1 year and still no issues with management. Some really nice people living here. Great area for shopping, off leash for fur babies and huge play area. Look forward to seeing the ghosts and goblins on Halloween. I have been here since April 30. Firstservice is great management company. Our building manager is new and no complaints. We have had 2 events this summer Pizza and bouncy castle and on Aug 22 we had 2 bouncy castles different age groups and snacks oh and DJ. Great place to live and friendly. I f... read more
