Edit Oct 25 Well over 1 year and still no issues with management. Some really nice people living here. Great area for shopping, off leash for fur babies and huge play area. Look forward to seeing the ghosts and goblins on Halloween. I have been here since April 30. Firstservice is great management company. Our building manager is new and no complaints. Quite disappointing the rent is really high considering the quality of service
I’ve lived here since shortly after the complex opened—through 3 property management companies and countless building managers. Here are specific concerns: • Previous reviews were wiped; new ones were incentivized with free pizza. The high rating is misleading. • Newly installed Telus cell antenna on 6033 roof caused loud disruption for over a month (promised 2 weeks). • EMF/RF interference now causes speaker buzz and electrical wall hum in my bedroom. • Heat pumps frequently fail; tech says they were bought second-hand. • G... read more
A bit too expensive for what it really is the quality doesn’t match the price. The management isn’t very understanding; they seem to just be there to take your money and that’s it. Overall, too expensive for what you get.
