Whatever happened to patient/doctor confidentiality? Non-existing at Pace. The PA broke my trust by broadcasting something I said to her in private. Instead of talking with me about the issue or suggesting alternative medication she broadcasted this matter to other staff. Now I am treated like a child and my medication is doled out weekly by the pharmacy nurse. Grievance reporting is nonexistent and is a useless wasted process. Nothing ever happens.
