Reached out for irrigation services in early April and I said that I had several sprinklers that needed repairs. Had to follow up several times to get them out to complete repairs. They finally got to it at the end of May. The invoice was the fastest thing about their service.
Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. 5 phone calls, 2 emails, numerous texts….no response. We have used them for a couple years, not always the most dependable but we knew they were a new company working out the kinks. But this year has been awful. Last year they discovered I had a back flow problem with my sprinkler. Never came back to fix it.
