They are an absolutely horrible company. They turned off our electricity with two days' notice. My mom is on oxygen, and they were very rude and smug. The electricity here during the winter is absolutely ridiculous. They have a monopoly on the electricity, so they can charge outrageous prices. I lived in North Dakota, where the winters are much harsher than here, and my electric bill was never as high as it is here.
