Always friendly service!
Whoever answers the phone in the Wamego office is very rude and not pleasant to deal with at all. Unfortunately we don’t have a choice to choose another electronic company, otherwise I would change companies in a heartbeat! They over charge and the electric is spotty. They even made a mistake on our bill, over charged us almost $100…. that isn’t a little mistake! I am so frustrated with them…. Sadly the only nice employees, are the maintenance guys, that have had to come out and fix issues on our property.
We are long-time customers. Bluestem employees do a great job!
Over priced, power off alot on clear days with no wind. Pay for a Cadillac and you are driving a skateboard.
