I wrote a 5 star review for Mr. Bluestein several years ago and since I am in need of his services again I am seeing it was deleted. I'm sensing that something odd is going on with his page since I'm only seeing negative reviews. Mr. Bluestein did an amazing job for my husband and me and worked over the weekend on short notice to help us when we were in a bind. He charged very fairly and was incredibly knowledgeable. If you are a physician who needs an attorney for a question related to healthcare law look no further!
I retained this attorney to review a contract and at the initial consultation I was assured that it would be a very straightforward and easy process. Needless to say, I never got the work completed by Mr. Bluestein after I paid my retainer. I have yet to receive the refund of my retainer. I have never dealt with someone being so unresponsive or unprofessional.
My experience the same as the rest. All talk, no action. Misrepresented himself as contracted with another firm but he is in charge of Rocky Mountain Healthcare law as well. Wasted my time driving there, with research, multiple emails, only to disappear for weeks. Will be contacting the state board about the multiple people I have been in contact with about similar complaints.
