The staff very is patient I haven’t had any problems place is nice everything works staff are reasonable and do what they can as well
Terrible place to live. My first few weeks I had someone try to break into my apartment at night. Was very scary and I had to call the cops. The management use a non-independent third party utility company to over charge tenants on water/sewer bill. Basically they use the third party utility company (who works for the property) to add unaccounted hidden fee into tenant’s rent without proper explanation of how they came up with the bill. The property manager is very unkind and unhelpful in situations. She has a tendency to make people cry :(
