Huge disappointment. This clinic's staff that worked with my 4 year old autistic son proved incapable of adding to his level of ability he was at when services started. The staff wanted to apply their cookie cutter approach without seeing my son as a unique individual. Their approach was to ignore negative behavior and reinforce positive behavior, which works for some children. I highly advise against seeking employment or ABA services from BlueSprig. I was employed by the company for two years. Over that time I witnessed, and directly experienced, multiple instances of ineffective leadership. Seeking assistance or support with conflict is met with reprimand. False information is communicated regularly both to staff and clients families. Supervisors are rarely present on sight to ensure effective treatment implementation. I would never recommend this to anyone who really want there kids to have consistent therapies. They stopped giving services once we said RBT is not having experience. They expect to not complain when you dont see program is not done correctly
